Returns and refunds policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days, without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods or the date on which a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order and you will not incur any fees for this refund.

Return conditions:

For goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

- The goods were purchased within the last 30 days

- The items are in their original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

- The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

- The supply of goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, e.g. goods which deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date has passed.

- The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have not been sealed after delivery.

- The supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

Return of goods

The buyer is responsible for the costs and risks of returning the goods. You must send the goods to the following address:

MOURO, PORTUGALWe cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. We therefore recommend an insured and traceable courier service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when they were purchased and then sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. As soon as the returned product is received, you will be sent a gift certificate

If the items were not marked as a gift when they were purchased, or if the gifter had the order sent to him/herself to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gifter.
